Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Garuda Kaji (ranked 2498 p4p, 2734 weight class) and Kenyon Collier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaji's entrance music is Young Eagle's Song (Yokaren's Song). A fine choice. Kenyon Collier has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Garuda Kaji!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kenyon Collier!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaji lands the left hand.
Collier takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Collier takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Collier walks into a jab.
Collier throws an off balance right hand
and Collier takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kaji punishes Collier's body with a nice straight punch.
Kaji getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Kaji throws a head kick that Collier semi-blocks.
It looks like Kenyon Collier has been cut.
Collier takes a shot right to the bread basket.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Collier takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kaji stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kaji scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Kaji clobbers Collier with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kaji changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Collier on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Kaji connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Kaji uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Collier has time to react.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Collier tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kaji lands a head kick. Collier smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Collier takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A lazy left from Kaji finds it's target.
Collier is rocked!
Collier takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Collier is still on wobbly legs! Can Kaji finish him?
Collier walks into a jab.
Kaji fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
BOOM! Kaji lands a beautiful left hook that drops Collier. Collier tries to recover but Kaji is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Collier lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Garuda Kaji!
Garuda Kaji decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
