The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clayton Il throws a looping overhand right but Park ducks down to avoid it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Clayton Il accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Clayton Il seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Park escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Clayton Il gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It seemed like Park was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
