Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Miklos Magyar (ranked 1669 p4p, 2844 weight class) and Wo Jyung Gong (ranked 166 p4p, 258 weight class). Magyar's entrance music is Daylight. A fine choice. Jyung Gong has chosen In Fate's Hands - The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Magyar closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Magyar lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Jyung Gong really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Magyar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Magyar looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Jyung Gong regains half guard.
Magyar is nestled in close to Jyung Gong, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Jyung Gong has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Magyar is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Jyung Gong.

Jyung Gong felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Magyar is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jyung Gong to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jyung Gong shrugs it off.
