Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brenden Valinteno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Czeslaw Pendrak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brenden Valinteno could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Czeslaw Pendrak's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brenden Valinteno! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Czeslaw Pendrak! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pendrak throws a series of punches but Valinteno moves out of range. Pendrak avoids a kick to the body.
Pendrak shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Valinteno as he jumps to the side. Excellent takedown into side control there by Valinteno. Pendrak is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pendrak throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Valinteno tries to move into full mount but can't pass Pendrak's legs. Pendrak is trying to get back to half guard. Pendrak gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pendrak keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Pendrak is pressing down on Valinteno's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Pendrak is adopting a defensive guard. Valinteno is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Pendrak controls Valinteno momentarily but Valinteno frees himself. Pendrak manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pendrak looking to control but Valinteno is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Pendrak looking to control and managing it successfully. Pendrak putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Valinteno tries to reverse the position but Pendrak maintains control. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Pendrak with the ground and pound from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Valinteno has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Pendrak's lack of action.

Pendrak is trying to control the action in half guard but Valinteno is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Pendrak performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Valinteno is breathing heavily. Pendrak trying to control from half guard but Valinteno is working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pendrak tries to pass the half guard into mount. Valinteno knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Pendrak looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Despite being in the dominant position, Czeslaw Pendrak just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pendrak looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Valinteno is fending him off so far but Pendrak persists. Nope, Valinteno circles away and we're back to standing. Pendrak tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Valinteno swivels and escapes. Brenden Valinteno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Czeslaw Pendrak. Valinteno uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pendrak.
Valinteno is looking to clinch but Pendrak is avoiding it.

Valinteno has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Pendrak trying to control but Valinteno is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Valinteno closes the distance and clinches. Pendrak breaks from the clinch.
Valinteno tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Pendrak counters with a takedown into side control. Valinteno struggling a bit here. Valinteno tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Pendrak wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Pendrak trying to control the position but Valinteno is working away. Valinteno tries to get back to half guard but can't. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pendrak trying to control the position but Valinteno is working away. Pendrak in side control, just content to control the action for now. Pendrak working the ground and pound. Pendrak tries to move into full mount but can't pass Valinteno's legs. Valinteno is trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Pendrak lands some shots froms side control. Pendrak is staying tight to Valinteno's torso, preventing him from escaping. Pendrak wants to lay and pray for a moment but Valinteno keeps working. Pendrak controls the position. Pendrak trying to control the action but Valinteno is working from the bottom. Valinteno is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Pendrak's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pendrak wants to control but Valinteno is keeping him busy.

Pendrak misses with a takedown and Valinteno counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Valinteno preventing the sweep. Pendrak wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Pendrak looking for a sweep. Not yet Pendrak, not yet. Pendrak really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Valinteno. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pendrak keeping moving, preventing Valinteno from controlling successfully. Pendrak working a defensive guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pendrak looking to hit a scissor sweep but Valinteno is one step ahead there. Pendrak controls Valinteno momentarily but Valinteno frees himself.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Pendrak shoots in but no luck this time. Pendrak fails with the takedown and Valinteno counters with a takedown into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brenden Valinteno dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Valinteno preventing the sweep.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pendrak misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Horrible takedown by Pendrak or perhaps it was just good defense by Valinteno which made him look bad. Brenden Valinteno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Czeslaw Pendrak. Valinteno wants to clinch and Pendrak holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Valinteno is fighting off a takedown attempt but Pendrak is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Valinteno to the mat. Valinteno regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Valinteno trying to strike off his back.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Valinteno is looking to control Pendrak's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Valinteno avoid being mounted? Valinteno looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Still in half guard, Pendrak seems content to control. Valinteno makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Valinteno. Valinteno is trying to control the position but Pendrak postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Pendrak controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Valinteno is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Pendrak trying to control but Valinteno is working from the bottom. Valinteno is looking for a triangle but Pendrak pushes his legs off easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Brenden Valinteno showed his dominance in that final round. I think Valinteno has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
