Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Excellent takedown into side control there by Lavicci. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Lavicci (4) vs (0) Kvakkestad Lavicci working away. Lavicci tries to advance to mount but Kvakkestad denies him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lavicci advances to mount. Score +2 for reaching mount: Lavicci (6) vs (0) Kvakkestad Lavicci tries to take his opponent's back but Kvakkestad turns with him and manages to move into guard on the top. Nice work. Kvakkestad swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kvakkestad pulls Lavicci in close to prevent any damage. Lavicci is looking to advance position but Kvakkestad has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
