And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Naoki Inoue!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Li shoots in and drives through. Inoue sprawls well.
Inoue looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Mikael Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Li drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Inoue wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Li manages to pass to side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Li is looking for a kimura here.
Li prevents Inoue from improving his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Li maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Inoue could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Li has cracked it and Inoue is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Li!
