The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen misses with a lunging right hand
and Dathren counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Xander Allen has been cut.
Xander Allen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Allen wants to clinch.

Dathren steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Allen.

Dathren cracks Allen with a big uppercut, right up the middle and Allen goes down! Oh, he's hurt! He's bigtime hurt! The referee is giving him a chance to get back to his feet - 4,5,6,7, no, he's called it off! Allen wasn't going to make it and the fight is over!
