The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Konstantin Menshow and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xornimada shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nagashima as he jumps to the side.
Xornimada takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nagashima circles away from the clinch attempt.
Xornimada throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Xornimada tries to clinch but Nagashima is having none of it.
Nagashima lands a right hook to the body.
Xornimada throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Nagashima tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Xornimada is in Nagashima's guard.
Nagashima is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Xornimada is posturing up here but Nagashima has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Xornimada tries to roll out but it's too tight and Xornimada has to tap! Slick submission there by Nagashima!
