Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Gaizka Elizondo (ranked 5214 p4p, 18015 weight class) and Dutch Schultz (ranked 469 p4p, 522 weight class). Elizondo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Peewee Longway & Money Man - Ooowwweee. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Elizondo blocks the low kick.
Schultz misses with a low kick.
Elizondo throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Schultz's head.
Schultz misses with a lunging right hand
and Elizondo counters with a series of strikes. Schultz will be more careful next time no doubt.
Schultz misses with a head kick.
Schultz fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Elizondo is out of range.
A low kick from Schultz is predictable there
and Elizondo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Elizondo lands a really nice looking cross but Schultz seems unphased.
Schultz is rocked!
Schultz drops his guard momentarily, allowing Elizondo to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Schultz! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Elizondo takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Gaizka Elizondo!
