Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Okoro Igwe (ranked 1234 p4p, 1087 weight class) and Iso Paa (ranked 166 p4p, 148 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Igwe sprawls well. Igwe wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Paa gets slowly back to his feet.
Paa throws a lazy uppercut
and Igwe counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Igwe is looking to slow Paa down with leg kicks.
Iso Paa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Paa uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Igwe.
Igwe throws the left hand but Paa avoids the punch easily.
Paa misses with a straight left.
Paa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Paa rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Igwe counters with a nice uppercut.

Igwe scores with a jab. Paa acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Igwe cracks Paa with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Paa is rocked!
Igwe misses the jab.
Paa is still on wobbly legs! Can Igwe finish him?
A telegraphed right hand from Igwe misses the target.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Paa avoids the head kick by Igwe.
Paa seems to have recovered his senses.
Igwe connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Paa to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Igwe!
