Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adolfo Macdonald!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li swats away the attempt to clinch by Macdonald.
Li is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Macdonald's half guard.

Li has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Li is trying to control the action in half guard but Macdonald is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Macdonald is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Li scores with a couple of nice shots.
It looks like Adolfo Macdonald has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Li thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Macdonald's head.

Macdonald really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Li. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Li misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Li is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Macdonald will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Li lands a strong strike to the head of Macdonald. That's dazed him! Li looking to finish here. Macdonald is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Li lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
