Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Santorino (ranked 1713 p4p, 1248 weight class) and Mike Chester (ranked 221 p4p, 169 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Chester.
Santorino walks into a straight right hand from Chester.
It looks like Nick Santorino has been cut.
Santorino misses with a hook
and Chester counters with a stiff right hand.
Chester tries to work over Santorino's front leg with a kick but Santorino checks it.
Chester throws a solid leg kick but Santorino takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Chester.
Chester scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Chester works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A head kick from Chester lands but Santorino takes it in his stride.

Chester sends Santorino crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Chester is motioning to the referee to let Santorino up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Santorino shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Santorino takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Santorino definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Chester throws a series of punches but Santorino avoids them all with ease.

Chester is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Santorino had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Santorino was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Chester has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Santorino takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Chester lands a left and a right that send Santorino crashing to the mat, dazed. Chester thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Santorino is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Santorino walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Chester! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
