Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Richard O Brien (ranked 4407 p4p, 4778 weight class) and Joe Sharp (ranked 214 p4p, 223 weight class). O Brien comes to the cage accompanied by Forcefield. Joe Sharp is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Richard O Brien!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Sharp!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharp swings widly with a right hand
enabling O Brien to counter with a crisp jab.
O Brien gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sharp to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Sharp throws a strike but O Brien rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Sharp is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
