Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zayden Ahmad (ranked 1375 p4p, 1694 weight class) and Chrissy Moltisanti (ranked 120 p4p, 152 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Chrissy Moltisanti was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zayden Ahmad!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Chrissy Moltisanti!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moltisanti connects with a nice looking jab.
Ahmad has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Moltisanti finds it's way round the side to connect with Ahmad's head.
Nice cross by Moltisanti.
Chrissy Moltisanti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circling - Ahmad throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Moltisanti avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Moltisanti with the counter takedown but Ahmad avoids it easily.
Moltisanti missing with a left hand there. Ahmad was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Some wild striking there from Moltisanti.
Ahmad works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Chrissy Moltisanti has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ahmad throws a jab when Moltisanti was well out of range.
Ahmad uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Moltisanti has time to react.
Moltisanti swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Ahmad cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A telegraphed right hand from Moltisanti misses the target.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ahmad throws the kick towards the body but Moltisanti avoids it.
Ahmad drives through and clinches with Moltisanti against the cage.
Moltisanti blocks a body shot from Ahmad.
Moltisanti goes for a takedown attempt but Ahmad pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Moltisanti lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Moltisanti blocks a jab.
Moltisanti pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Ahmad steps in with a hook that catches Moltisanti right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Ahmad follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Moltisanti looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zayden Ahmad!
