Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Batang Kock (ranked 1128 p4p, 1321 weight class) and Adam Bogo (ranked 79 p4p, 98 weight class). Kock comes to the cage accompanied by I will axe kick you, and I am not careful.. Adam Bogo looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Batang Kock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 28 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Bogo!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kock misses with a combination

and Bogo counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kock won't be happy with that.
Kock gets back to half guard.
Bogo is looking to stall here but Kock recovers full guard.

Bogo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Bogo sitting in guard, not really doing much.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kock is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bogo is aware though and is defending well.

Kock had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bogo defends it easily.
Kock wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Kock trying to keep a closed guard but Bogo is proving a slippery customer.

Kock is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bogo defends well.

Bogo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kock is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bogo, into his guard.

Kock works his foot free and advances to mount.
Kock throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Kock moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Bogo has worked his arm free - good work by Bogo!

Kock looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Kock wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bogo keeps working.

Kock working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Bogo tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Kock is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bogo can do to turn this around?

Kock sets himself, and Bogo steps forward looking for the clinch! Kock avoids it this time.

Kock looks to land a combination but Bogo avoids it well.
Kock definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Bogo tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Kock throws a looping overhand right but Bogo ducks down to avoid it.
Bogo throws out a powerful jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bogo sizes up Kock with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Kock throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Kock is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Bogo's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Kock connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bogo. Bogo circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kock fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bogo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
