Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between XX Man (ranked 25464 p4p, 4188 weight class) and Coco Pashka (ranked 486 p4p, 367 weight class). XX Man has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pashka has a takedown stuffed.
Pashka shoots for a double leg takedown but Man sprawls well. He's pushed Pashka's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Man looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Man pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Pashka clinches.
The referee calls for Pashka to work.
Man wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Pashka has him pressed against the ropes.
Man is defending well against a takedown attempt.
XX Man has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Coco Pashka.
Man wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pashka prevents Man from breaking the clinch.
Man has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Pashka is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Pashka manages to break the clinch.
Man walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Pashka throws an elbow but it misses.

Pashka drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Man gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Man is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pashka pulls his head out easily.

Pashka perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Man is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pashka pulls his head out easily.
Man is looking for a sweep. Pashka is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Pashka wants to get back to his feet.
Pashka seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Man does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Pashka is just content to waste time from the top position. Man takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Pashka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Man. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Man working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pashka doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pashka manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Man bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pashka's guard.

Pashka is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Man with a flurry of punches that miss.
Pashka is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Man accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Man throws a big right hand that misses.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Pashka avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Man loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Man with a flurry of punches that miss.
Man has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Man working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Pashka's head.
Man is looking to work some ground and pound but Pashka has wrist control.
Man postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Man with a flurry of punches that miss.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Man avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Man throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Pashka pushes Man up against the ropes in a clinch.

Pashka breaks the clinch.
Pashka gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Man counters with a big head kick but Pashka shrugs it off.
Man pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Pashka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Man as he jumps to the side.
Man looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Man shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Pashka shoots for a double leg takedown but Man sprawls well. He's pushed Pashka's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Pashka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A counter left hand to the body from Man misses its target.
Man throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

That's six minutes gone in the round.
Pashka gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Man counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Pashka digs a good hook to Man's body.
Pashka throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pashka gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Man.

Pashka gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pashka keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Man's efforts to push away.
Pashka keeps control of Man as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Man manages to break the clinch.
Man is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

That's seven minutes gone in the round.

Man tries to keep at a distance but Pashka has taken the fight into the clinch.
Man wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Pashka keeps control of Man as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Pashka breaks the clinch.

Pashka closes the distance and pushes Man back into the ropes.
A right hook to the body lands for Pashka.
Pashka cracks Man with a nice body shot.
Man is trying to force a seperation but Pashka has the dominant position.

Pashka's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Pashka shoots in but no luck this time.
Man changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pashka tries to avoid it but Man manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pashka to the ground. Pashka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Pashka pulls out of a head kick attempt.

That's eight minutes gone in the round.
Man closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Pashka misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Pashka drives through and clinches with Man against the ropes.
Man doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Pashka breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pashka fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Man tries for a takedown but Pashka sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Coco Pashka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pashka ducks under a wild hook from Man.
Man throws a lazy right hand but Pashka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Pashka moves into the clinch.

That's nine minutes gone in the round.

Man is working on a single leg takedown against the ropes. Pashka can't fight it off and eventually Man manages to take the fight to the floor. Pashka looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Pashka had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Man defends it easily.
Man will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Man loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pashka holds on and takes a little breather.
Man trying to stand up but can't free himself from Pashka's guard.
XX Man has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Pashka wants to hit a sweep here but Man passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Pashka there!

I would just about give that final round to Coco Pashka.
I think Pashka has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
