Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Garry Hobbs (ranked 4391 p4p, 4175 weight class) and Butch Wang (ranked 349 p4p, 318 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Garry Hobbs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Butch Wang!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wang digs a good body shot into Hobbs's ribs.
Wang throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hobbs stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wang displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hobbs throws out the jab.
Wang has managed to clinch.
Hobbs is trying to break free.
A nice left hand lands by Wang.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Wang creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Hobbs tries to break free but Wang pushes him back against the ropes.
Wang scores with a nice hook to the head.
Wang is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Hobbs wants to break free but Wang has control.
Hobbs has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Hobbs has had enough of the clinch but Wang keeps him there for the moment.
Wang lands with a short shot to the head.
Wang lands an uppercut.
Wang prevents Hobbs from breaking the clinch.
Wang gets through Hobbs's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Wang keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hobbs's efforts to push away.
Wang lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hobbs backwards.

A short uppercut from Wang.
Wang lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Wang lands with a right to the head.
Hobbs is looking to break free of the clinch but Wang has double underhooks.
Wang digs a right hand into Hobbs's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Hobbs's gas tank.
Wang lands a hook to the side of the head.
Wang lands a body shot.
Wang lands a nice shot to the body.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Wang.
Wang breaks from the clinch.
Hobbs walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Wang feints and then cracks Hobbs's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hobbs down.
The fighters circling - Hobbs throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A thudding body kick lands there by Wang!
Wang scores with a hook.
Hobbs throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hobbs takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
A low kick lands for Wang.
Wang looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Hobbs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wang.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wang keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Wang throws a push kick but Hobbs slaps the foot to one side.
Hobbs misses with a body shot.
Hobbs definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wang keeps Hobbs at a distance using the push kick.
Wang thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hobbs if he has to take too many more of those.
Wang cracks Hobbs with a right hand to the side of the head.
Wang dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hobbs. That did some damage!
Wang scores with a big combo that sends Hobbs crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Hobbs flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Wang jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Butch Wang!
