This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Cap moves in looking to clinch but Gascoigne pushes him off. Gascoigne appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Cap tries to close the distance and clinch but Gascoigne swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gascoigne tries to keep at a distance but Cap has taken the fight into the clinch. Gascoigne drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cap pulls his leg out and moves away.
Gascoigne is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cap sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Gascoigne sets himself, and Cap steps forward looking for the clinch! Gascoigne avoids it this time.
