PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hong Bok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Kraft (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kraft is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by This fire Burns - KsE. Adam Kraft told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kraft doesn't manage to clinch there - Bok circles away.

Bok clinches with his opponent.

It looks like Adam Kraft has been cut.
Bok lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Bok using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Kraft has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Kraft drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bok gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Bok creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kraft's defenses.
Kraft jumps guard but Bok stands there with Kraft around his waist. Kraft gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hong Bok has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Kraft.
Kraft wants to get back to striking at distance but Bok won't allow it.
Kraft fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Kraft jumps guard and drags Bok to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Bok stands and steps away. Kraft gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Kraft tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Bok tries a head kick but it misses.
Kraft takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kraft thows a left - swing and a miss!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kraft lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bok has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bok and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Bok wants to clinch up but Kraft keeps it at a distance.

Kraft wants to slow Bok down by chopping away at his legs.

Bok has managed to clinch.
Bok drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kraft gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Come on Kraft - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Bok has a couple of punches blocked by Kraft.
Bok with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

The cut above Adam Kraft's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Kraft has had enough of the clinch but Bok keeps him there for the moment.
Kraft looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Kraft tries for a takedown. No joy.
Bok blocks an uppercut.
Bok stops a takedown attempt from Kraft.
Kraft looks gassed!
Kraft tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bok smiles and moves away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Adam Kraft's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
