Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Mckee (ranked 3874 p4p, 4284 weight class) and Kenji Nakamura (ranked 417 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenji Nakamura has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Antonio Mckee's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Antonio Mckee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenji Nakamura! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Nakamura throws out the jab but it was never going to land. A momentary lapse in concentration from Nakamura enables Mckee to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Nakamura manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mckee trying to stand up but can't free himself from Nakamura's guard. Nakamura trying to control the position.
Mckee slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Mckee postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mckee lands a couple of elbows. Mckee looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nakamura controls Mckee momentarily but Mckee frees himself. Mckee is stalling in the full guard. Mckee has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Nakamura is proving hard to escape from.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nakamura fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Nakamura looks winded! Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mckee lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nakamura has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nakamura and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Mckee tries to clinch but Nakamura is having none of it. Mckee blocks a head kick by Nakamura.

Nakamura manages to get full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mckee distracts Nakamura with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Mckee is stalling in the full guard. Mckee wants to stand but Nakamura has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Nakamura keeping full guard, as Mckee tries to pass.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mckee is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Mckee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. We've been informed that Nakamura has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Mckee has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Mckee seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Nakamura keeping full guard, as Mckee tries to pass.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Mckee darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Mckee is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Mckee scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mckee perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Antonio Mckee dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Nakamura has Mckee up against the cage in a clinch.
Mckee could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Mckee is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Mckee wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Nakamura prevents the takedown attempt.
Mckee keeps control of Nakamura as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Mckee jumps guard but Nakamura turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Mckee has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Nakamura is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Antonio Mckee. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mckee jumps guard but Nakamura stands there with Mckee around his waist. Mckee gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Nakamura wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Nakamura tries a knee to the head but Mckee blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nakamura is pressed up against the cage. Mckee has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Nakamura down to the mat. Nakamura avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Mckee is looking to clinch. Nakamura tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Mckee tries to close the distance and clinch but Nakamura swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nakamura. Nakamura is breathing heavily. Mckee moves out of range of the body kick from Nakamura.
Nakamura swats away the attempt to clinch by Mckee. Mckee shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mckee showed some decent athleticism there. Antonio Mckee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Nakamura works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mckee is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Nakamura managing to control the position. Nakamura working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mckee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mckee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mckee tries to free his leg and advance position but Nakamura is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nakamura tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mckee stays in close to Nakamura's body and controls the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Mckee drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mckee content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Mckee tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mckee has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

A close second round but Kenji Nakamura will probably get the nod - 10:9. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Mckee wants to stand up but Nakamura has a hold of him and won't allow it. Nakamura works his way to full guard. Good work. Mckee postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Nakamura is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mckee, into his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mckee wants to sweep here but Nakamura controlling him for the moment. Nakamura takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mckee is controlling Nakamura's posture. Mckee wants to sweep but no luck. Mckee is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Nakamura trying to control but Mckee is working from the bottom. Nakamura won't allow Mckee to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mckee pulls Nakamura in to control the position. Mckee has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Nakamura is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Mckee. Mckee struggling a bit here. Mckee tries to improve position but can't. Nakamura working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Both fighters take a look at the clock. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nakamura postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Mckee drives through with a takedown into guard. Mckee has gone for a leg lock! Nakamura slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mckee's guard. Mckee has Nakamura pulled in close to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mckee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mckee is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nakamura passes Mckee's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Kenji Nakamura comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Nakamura has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
