Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Junfeng Li (ranked 3875 p4p, 4823 weight class) and Anderson McKenzie (ranked 382 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson McKenzie is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Junfeng Li! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anderson McKenzie! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKenzie missing with a left hand there. Li was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Li fails with the takedown. Li ducks under a wild hook from McKenzie. McKenzie misses with an uppercut. Li saw that one coming. Li avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A slow jab from McKenzie misses its intended target. Li shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McKenzie sprawls well. McKenzie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Li gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McKenzie throws a hook to the side of Li's head but Li sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Li postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Li throws a big elbow that misses. McKenzie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Li. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Li slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Li is looking to take a break and control but McKenzie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Li misses with a takedown attempt - McKenzie sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. McKenzie wants to counter the offense by Li and move into the clinch position. McKenzie throws an overhand right that lands on Li's shoulder, as Li tries to avoid the shot. Li slips a straight right by McKenzie. McKenzie swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Anderson McKenzie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Li manages to get an easy takedown there - catching McKenzie on his heels. He'll look to pass McKenzie's guard now, I'm sure. McKenzie keeping moving, preventing Li from controlling successfully. McKenzie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. McKenzie is trying to escape and get back to his feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Junfeng Li dominated that second round. That's time! Li's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Li drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Li goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, McKenzie has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Li but great work by McKenzie. Li manages to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Li wants to control but McKenzie is keeping busy and won't allow it. Li slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Li is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Li is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Li content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Li not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Li looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Li trying to control from half guard but McKenzie is working away. Li slips a nice elbow through McKenzie's hands, connecting with McKenzie's forehead. Li is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. McKenzie doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Li. McKenzie keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Li working the head and body with strikes. McKenzie is in trouble now - Li has advanced to mount! Li cracks McKenzie with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Li is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but McKenzie is surviving well by controlling Li's body position as best he can. McKenzie taking shots to the head. McKenzie takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Li scoring with strikes but McKenzie is staying in there. Li lands a big shot there that rocks McKenzie but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
McKenzie wants to get back to his feet.
Li lands a couple of good shots and McKenzie has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Li is striking well from the back but McKenzie escapes and manages to control the positon and works his way to half guard. A much better position - the crisis is over for the time being. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Li perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Li throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Anderson McKenzie has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! McKenzie is refusing to be controlled, as Li sits in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Junfeng Li showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Li, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
