Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tavish Gray (ranked 1050 p4p, 909 weight class) and James Darwin (ranked 137 p4p, 121 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Darwin moves into the clinch.

Darwin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gray.
Gray seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Darwin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
