Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wayne Walker (ranked 3883 p4p, 2731 weight class) and Jorden Anders (ranked 0 p4p, 300 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wayne Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jorden Anders!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anders stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Anders wants it to stay on the feet.
Walker throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Anders.
Walker fails with the takedown.

Anders instigates a clinch.
Walker is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Anders goes for a takedown in the clinch but Walker prevents it.
Anders has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Walker avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Wayne Walker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorden Anders.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Anders pulls Walker into guard.
Walker won't allow Anders to get back to his feet.
Walker trying to control but Anders is working from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Walker is fighting to break Anders's control of his arms but Anders is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Anders keeping moving, preventing Walker from controlling successfully.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Anders looking to score a takedown here. Walker is defending well but Anders drives through and ends up in Walker's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Anders lands a couple of digs.

Walker throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Anders escapes and throws Walker's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Anders prevents Walker from escaping the position.
Anders in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walker wants to control but Anders postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Anders in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Walker is working to avoid the ground and pound but Anders connects with a decent elbow.
Walker is breathing heavily.
Walker sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Anders looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Walker with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Anders lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Anders lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Anders scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Anders looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Walker with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Anders is nestled in close to Walker, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Anders lands a nice short elbow.

Walker is rocked!
Walker on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Anders lands with a punch from half guard.
Oh Walker is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Anders lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Walker! More strikes land and this one is all over! Anders jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jorden Anders!
After the fight, Jorden Anders was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
