Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ching Chong (ranked 25352 p4p, 25076 weight class) and Xi Daerji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ching Chong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Xi Daerji! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Chad Campbell and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daerji throws a sloppy head kick and Chong moves out of range easily. Chong looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Daerji forces Chong back against the cage and clinches. Chong looking for a takedown. Chong drops down looking for an ankle pick but Daerji pulls his leg out and moves away.
Daerji moves into range and clinches up with Chong. Daerji wants to break the clinch but can't.
Daerji wants to get back to striking at distance but Chong won't allow it.
Daerji is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Daerji manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daerji has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chong definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Daerji controls Chong momentarily but Chong frees himself. Chong pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Daerji is keeping the position for now. Chong is working hard here to advance position. Daerji bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Chong's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Daerji working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Chong's head. Chong might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Daerji stands up from Chong's guard - Daerji perhaps looking for a knockout. Chong drops his hands momentarily and Daerji takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Daerji shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Daerji is taking a breather. Chong says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Daerji is trying to work for a kimura but Chong is defending well.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Daerji works his way into side control. Daerji cracks Chong with a big right hand but Chong just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Daerji staying calm. Daerji thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Daerji connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Chong some visible discomfort.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Chong looking for a sweep but Daerji has passed into full mount! Oh no! Daerji landing shots from mount. Daerji has control of Chong's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Chong regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Chong is wriggling around trying to escape.
Daerji lands a couple of good shots and Chong has given up his back, trying to escape the position! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Chong is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Daerji is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Chong defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. A lull in the action here.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xi Daerji dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Daerji uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Daerji closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Chong tries to buck Daerji off but Daerji is having none of it. A lull in the action here as Daerji stalls from top position. Chong on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Chong tries to get out of the position. Daerji trying to control the action but Chong is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daerji in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daerji thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Daerji decides to stand back up. Daerji steps back and let's Chong get back to his feet. Daerji misses with a head kick.
Chong is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Daerji. Chong shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Daerji but Daerji pushes him off and we're back to square one. Chong tries to sprawl but Daerji drives through with a takedown into half guard. Chong is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Daerji pulls his head out easily. Daerji has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Daerji keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chong is looking to improve his position.
Daerji works his foot free and advances to mount. Daerji has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Daerji can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Chong is looking to escape. Chong working to try and regain half guard.
Chong is squirming around, avoiding Daerji's attempts to control the action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chong tries to reverse the position but Daerji maintains control. Daerji takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Daerji lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Daerji tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Chong is working to get back to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Chong defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Daerji. Daerji looking to control and managing it successfully. Daerji has hold of Chong's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Chong manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Chong is trying to escape the mount.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xi Daerji showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round! Daerji throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Chong slips a jab and a cross from Daerji.
Daerji looks to land a combination but Chong avoids it well. It looked like Chong was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Daerji clinches up with Chong and pushes him back against the cage. Daerji turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Daerji is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Chong's shoulder. That is not cool. Daerji working the head with strikes. Daerji decides to stand back up. Daerji steps back and let's Chong get back to his feet. Chong shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Daerji's guard. Daerji scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Daerji lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
That's one minute gone in the round. Daerji dives in and scores a takedown into Chong's guard. Chong looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Daerji not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Chong throws his legs up looking for a submission but Daerji uses it to pass to side control.

Chong is not content to let Daerji control the position. Daerji misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chong tries to improve position but can't. Daerji controlling from side mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chong tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Daerji presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Xi Daerji has got the better of the ground game so far. Daerji scoring with strikes but Chong is staying in there. Ching Chong has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Daerji dominating with strikes here. Daerji takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Chong tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daerji controlling from the full mount. BOOM! Daerji connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Chong is in a horrible position here. Daerji smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Daerji has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Chong has freed his hand and lives to survive another well, another couple of seconds at least!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Daerji controlling well, preventing Chong from escaping the position.
Daerji is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Chong has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Chong tries to escape the position.
Daerji is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Chong is defending well though. Daerji let's go of the attempt for now. Xi Daerji is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Daerji controlling from the back.
And that's the end of the fight! Xi Daerji comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Daerji has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
