Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between TW GC (ranked 2875 p4p, 3880 weight class) and Bucky Beasley (ranked 0 p4p, 384 weight class). Beasley has chosen Walk as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, TW GC! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bucky Beasley! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! GC scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. GC seems to be looking for submissions.
Beasley has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. GC is working away from the top position though. GC is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. GC seems to be working for a kimura but Beasley defends the submission attempt. GC is looking for a kimura here.
Beasley wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. GC seems to be looking for submissions.
GC looking for a submission but Beasley manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. GC drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Beasley manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now GC has Beasley in his guard.
GC escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Beasley gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. GC has his foot on Beasley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Beasley works his way back into a safe position though. Beasley trying to control but GC is working from the bottom. GC looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Beasley passes into half guard.
Beasley moves nicely into side control. GC knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Beasley on the ground. Beasley is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but GC is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beasley decides to take the fight back to the feet. GC closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Beasley quickly recovers to half guard. GC is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Beasley defends it well. Beasley has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but GC is on him like a limpet, forcing Beasley back against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action! Beasley goes for a takedown in the clinch but GC prevents it.
GC changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Beasley fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Beasley tries to sprawl but GC drives through with a takedown into half guard. Beasley kicks GC off and gets back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. GC stuffs the takedown. Beasley looks winded! GC shoots in looking for a takedown but Beasley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing GC's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. GC shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Beasley napping and manages to drive through into side control! GC working away. GC thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. GC goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Beasley has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for GC but great work by Beasley. Beasley works to advance to full mount. GC defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. GC is desperately trying to improve his position but Beasley has a good base and remains in mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Beasley manages to capitalize on a mistake by GC to take his back! Beasley controlling well, preventing GC from escaping the position.
Beasley doesn't have the hooks in and GC manages to turn into his guard.
GC drops back, looking for a kneebar! Beasley looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Beasley looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Beasley!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. GC looks to move to half guard but instead Beasley has passed into mount! Damn! Beasley prevents GC from getting the reversal. GC looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! GC has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Beasley. GC is keeping busy.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Bucky Beasley dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Nice sprawl there from Beasley as GC shoots in. GC doesn't succeed with the takedown and Beasley connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. GC gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and GC takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TW GC. That's going to take a lot out of him. Beasley misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. GC drops down looking for a counter takedown but Beasley sprawls and moves away. Beasley lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Beasley. Beasley lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Beasley leaves GC with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Beasley has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beasley misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Danga de danga de dang - Beasley scores with a four punch combination! Beasley moves into the clinch successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. GC tries to score a body lock takedown but Beasley shows good agility there to stay on his feet. GC has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Beasley avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. A right hand to the body from Beasley.
Beasley drags the fight down to the ground.
GC postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Beasley is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of GC, into his guard. Beasley sitting in guard, not really doing much. GC working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Beasley doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Beasley manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Bucky Beasley has got the better of the ground game so far. GC keeping full guard, as Beasley tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beasley gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. GC shoots for a double leg takedown but Beasley sprawls well. He's pushed GC's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Beasley dives in and grabs GC's left leg, looking for a takedown. GC pushes down on Beasley's head and hops out. GC appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Beasley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around GC's waist but GC gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Beasley off to one side. TW GC is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Beasley is breathing heavily. GC tries for a takedown but Beasley circles away easily and Beasley counters with a stiff right hand. Beasley throws a sloppy head kick and GC moves out of range easily. GC shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Beasley sprawls well. Beasley wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. GC gets slowly back to his feet. Beasley will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. GC feinted with a counter takedown. GC dives in and grabs Beasley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Beasley pushes down on GC's head and hops out. GC avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

GC tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Beasley wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. GC tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Beasley presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Beasley trying to control but GC is having none of it. GC is working to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beasley throwing strikes here but GC is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
GC sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Beasley moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from GC. GC might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. GC is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Beasley gets to mount! GC was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Beasley trying to control but GC is having none of it. GC is working to get back to half guard.

Bucky Beasley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! GC's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round! GC shoots and misses and Beasley counters with a straight right hand. GC shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than GC was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Beasley throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Beasley gets caught napping as GC dives in and scores a takedown. Beasley manages to retain guard. Beasley wriggles free and stands up. This has been an exciting period of action! Beasley dives in and grabs GC's left leg, looking for a takedown. GC pushes down on Beasley's head and hops out. Bucky Beasley seems to be getting the better of the standup. GC bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Beasley is aware though and is defending well. GC keeping moving, preventing Beasley from controlling successfully. Beasley with a flurry of punches that miss. Beasley advances to half guard. GC tries to get to full guard but Beasley has control of the leg. GC on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if GC tries to get out of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. GC looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Beasley pushes past his half guard into mount! Beasley manages to capitalize on a mistake by GC to take his back! GC tries to escape the position.

Beasley is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. GC knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften GC for a finish. You can see the frustration on GC's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

And that's the end of the fight! Bucky Beasley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Beasley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
