Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kimchi Master!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rafa Peziev!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Master waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Peziev.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Peziev! But no joy.
Master misses with a straight right.
Peziev appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Peziev closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Master to the mat! Master manages to get full guard.
Peziev stands and throws Master's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Peziev has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Master is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Peziev yanks on the arm and Master is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Peziev.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rafa Peziev!
A very excited looking Rafa Peziev rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
