Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dick Grayson!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Daniel Blasius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mera shoots in but no luck this time.
Mera throws a head kick that misses
and Grayson counters with a left and a right that stings Mera.

Grayson feints the counter takedown.
Mera looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Grayson is fending him off so far but Mera persists. Nope, Grayson circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Usaa Mera. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Grayson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Grayson connects with a body shot.
Grayson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

and Grayson counters with a straight right hand.

Mera avoids a punch combination nicely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mera shoots for a takedown but Grayson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mera fails with the takedown.
Grayson lands a glancing blow to the side of Mera's head.
Oh Mera is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Grayson drops Mera with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mera looks back up at him and smiles so Grayson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Grayson is stalking Mera. Mera circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Grayson, and it's lights out! Mera really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
