Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Rojers (ranked 4375 p4p, 4591 weight class) and John Canetti (ranked 0 p4p, 451 weight class). Rojers comes to the cage accompanied by Show Stoppa. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Rojers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Canetti! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Canetti throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rojers counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Rojers lands an uppercut. Canetti wants a takedown but no success here.
Canetti is trying to pull guard but Rojers has him pressed against the cage. Rojers is defending well against a takedown attempt. Joe Rojers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Canetti. A short right hand to the side of the head by Rojers. Rojers lands a body shot in the clinch.
Rojers lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
It looks like John Canetti has been cut. Rojers prevents the takedown attempt.
Canetti tries to break free but Rojers pushes him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A quick uppercut on the inside from Rojers. Rojers lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Rojers softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rojers scores with a shot to the side of Canetti's head.
Canetti is rocked! Rojers scores with a shoulder strike. Canetti is still on wobbly legs! Can Rojers finish him?
That's one minute gone in the round. Rojers dips a shoulder and cracks Canetti with a mighty uppercut! Canetti falls back against the cage and Rojers unloads with a barrage of strikes! Canetti is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Rojers screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Rojers! After winning the bout, Joe Rojers thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
