The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Mesquita changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jiurgite tries to avoid it but Mesquita manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jiurgite to the ground. Jiurgite escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mesquita fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Mesquita defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jiurgite.
Mesquita drives through and clinches with Jiurgite against the ropes.
Mesquita gets underhooks to prevent Jiurgite's takedown attempt.

Mesquita stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jiurgite swivels though and keeps the full guard.
