Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Monty Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Monty Burns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, George Cooper! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burns looks to land a body kick but Cooper moved away. Cooper fails with a takedown attempt. Burns misses with a head kick.
Cooper misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. A head kick misses from Burns. Cooper takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Burns throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Cooper shoots in for a double leg but Burns sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Monty Burns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Cooper. Burns tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Burns waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Cooper. Cooper has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Burns finds it's way round the side to connect with Cooper's head. Cooper shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Burns as he avoids it easily. Cooper shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Cooper was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Burns somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!

Cooper punching from mount but Burns doing a good job of avoiding damage. Cooper goes for an armbar but Burns turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Burns. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Burns preventing the sweep. Cooper looks gassed! Cooper working a defensive guard but Burns passes into half guard.
Burns escapes and gets back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cooper shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Burns sprawls well. Burns wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cooper gets slowly back to his feet. Burns tries a head kick but it misses.
Cooper has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Burns rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cooper moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Burns throws a nice inside leg kick. Burns lands a head kick. Cooper smiles back at him and beckons him forward. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Cooper shoots for a takedown but Burns saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Cooper shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Burns moves into the clinch successfully.
Burns comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Cooper drops down looking for an ankle pick but Burns pulls his leg out and moves away.
Burns throws a jab when Cooper was well out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Burns stuffs the takedown attempt from Cooper. Cooper gets slowly back to his feet. Burns throws a sloppy head kick and Cooper moves out of range easily. Monty Burns is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Burns misses with an uppercut. Cooper saw that one coming. A head kick misses from Burns. Cooper drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Burns throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Cooper looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Burns! Cooper scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Burns?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cooper unloading with bombs! Cooper tries to control but Burns wriggling away. Cooper landing strikes from the mount and Burns is in trouble! Cooper raining down shots from the mount! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cooper throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Burns because Cooper loaded up on that one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Monty Burns dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Cooper works over Burns's head and body with a nice combination. Burns lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Cooper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Cooper swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Burns is now in Cooper's guard. A big mistake from Cooper there, giving up the dominant position! Cooper throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Burns gets to his feet. Cooper looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Cooper keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
No luck for Cooper with that takedown attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Burns gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cooper throws a strike but Burns rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Burns gets to his feet. Cooper looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Cooper drives through with a takedown into guard. Cooper scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Burns wants to stand but Cooper is controlling the position. Cooper distracts Burns with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cooper wants to stand but Burns has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Cooper throwing strikes but missing. Cooper looking to pass the guard. Cooper trying to control but Burns is working from the bottom. Cooper must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cooper trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Cooper is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Cooper fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Burns sprawls well initially but Cooper persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Cooper trying to mount his opponent but Burns defends it. Cooper passes to side control. Burns explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cooper shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Burns but Burns pushes him off and we're back to square one. Nice takedown defense from Burns. No joy for Cooper on that attempt. Monty Burns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Cooper. Burns misses with a head kick.
Cooper drives through with a takedown into guard. Cooper in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Burns has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Cooper off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Monty Burns is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Burns moves into the clinch successfully.
Cooper is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Cooper showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Burns throws a nice looking combination but Cooper bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Cooper fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Burns throws an overhand right that lands on Cooper's shoulder, as Cooper tries to avoid the shot. Cooper tries for a takedown but Burns sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Cooper ducks under a wild hook from Burns. Cooper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Poor strikes thrown by Cooper there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Cooper lands a big elbow. A nice elbow there by Cooper. Burns is in a horrible position here. Cooper smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cooper misses with a head shot. Burns takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. A nice elbow there by Cooper. Cooper is in the full mount, landing strikes. Burns is trying to stand. Burns in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cooper is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Burns can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Burns is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Cooper lands a nice shot to the head. Cooper throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Cooper with shots to the head and body - Burns looks very uncomfortable down there. Burns is in a horrible position here. Cooper smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Cooper lands a nice shot to the head. George Cooper has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Burns that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Cooper lands a big elbow. Cooper postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Burns looks a forlorn figure.

Burns is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cooper lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Oh Burns is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cooper with the ground and pound from mount. Oooooh, big shot lands for Cooper! Burns is hurt baaadly! Cooper is firing away with more strikes - Burns is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
