Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Drazen Ioveanu (ranked 3860 p4p, 23557 weight class) and Abdul Jcool (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jcool is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Eye of the tiger. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ioveanu takes the fight into the clinch.

Ioveanu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ioveanu throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jcool tries to land a front kick but Ioveanu steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Ioveanu shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jcool wants to stand but Ioveanu is controlling the position.
Ioveanu connects with a couple of short punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ioveanu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jcool has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ioveanu has managed to get both his arms back between Jcool's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jcool looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ioveanu is defending well. Jcool quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ioveanu has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Jcool celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Abdul Jcool was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
