Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jordan Soibler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Missel instigates a clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Soibler fails to land.
Missel tries to pull guard but Soibler holds him up against the cage and eventually Missel drops back down to his feet.
Missel is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Soibler gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Soibler accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Soibler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Missel has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Soibler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Missel has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Soibler has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Missel ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Missel no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Soibler has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Missel is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Soibler yanks on the arm and Missel is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Soibler.
