The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scherma throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Morterero counters with a stiff right hand.
Morterero misses with a low kick.
Scherma connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Morterero momentarily.
Morterero throws a series of punches but Scherma moves out of range.
Scherma keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Morterero.

Scherma throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Morterero is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Scherma hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
