Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Sanders (ranked 2217 p4p, 2447 weight class) and Sherpov Gelovkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanders comes into the arena with Choppa Boyz blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reggie Sanders!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sherpov Gelovkin!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gelovkin was well out of range. Poor timing from Sanders.
Gelovkin misses with a takedown attempt - Sanders sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Gelovkin shoots for a double leg takedown but Sanders sprawls well. He's pushed Gelovkin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sanders lands with an overhand left.
It looks like Sherpov Gelovkin has been cut.
Sanders throws a body shot but no joy.
Sanders misses with a wild body shot.
Sanders lands with a nice body punch.
Gelovkin looks winded!
Sanders throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gelovkin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sanders weaves into range and cracks Gelovkin right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Gelovkin goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Sanders is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Reggie Sanders!
A very excited looking Reggie Sanders made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
