Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Horton (ranked 25291 p4p, 25235 weight class) and Paxton Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arthur Horton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paxton Becker!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Winston Howard and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horton has taken the fight to the clinch.
Becker tries to pull guard but Horton won't allow it.
Horton pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Becker trying to control the position from guard on top but Horton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Horton wants to sweep but no luck.
Becker is fighting to break Horton's control of his arms but Horton is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Becker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Horton swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Becker engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Becker wants to control from the top but Horton keeps moving.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Becker shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Horton sprawls well. Horton wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Becker gets slowly back to his feet.
Becker throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Horton tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Becker is in Horton's guard.
Becker wants to control from the top but Horton keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Horton holds on and takes a little breather.
Becker sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Becker passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Horton regains half guard.
Horton kicks Becker off and gets back to his feet.
A head kick by Horton misses
and Becker counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Becker is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Becker is fighting off a takedown attempt but Horton is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Becker to the mat. Becker regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Horton has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Becker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Horton has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Becker to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Horton is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Becker pulls down on the head and he's put Horton to sleep! This one is all over!
