Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Khamzat Chimaev (ranked 2357 p4p, 3397 weight class) and Isiah Monroe (ranked 282 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Khamzat Chimaev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Isiah Monroe!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monroe closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Chimaev did well to prevent Monroe getting side control.
Chimaev wants to get back to full guard.
Monroe wants to pass the guard but Chimaev is defending well.
Monroe content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Monroe decides to stand up.
Monroe closes the distance and clinches.
Monroe gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Chimaev regains guard.
Monroe trying to control the position from guard on top but Chimaev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Monroe is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Monroe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chimaev swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Monroe advances position into side control!
Monroe lands some shots froms side control.
Chimaev is not content to let Monroe control the position.
Monroe working the head with strikes.
Chimaev tries to get back to half guard but can't.
You can see the frustration on Chimaev's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Monroe is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Chimaev knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Monroe wants to control but Chimaev is keeping him busy.
Monroe controls the position.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Monroe lands a nice forearm strike.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chimaev is looking for a sweep.
Monroe working the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Monroe is working Chimaev over with some ground and pound from side control.
Monroe stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Chimaev is breathing heavily.
Monroe shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Monroe was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Monroe tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Monroe has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Monroe trying to control the action but Chimaev is working from the bottom.
Chimaev seems a little lost for a moment, as Monroe dominates the positioning.
Monroe lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Monroe is chipping away with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Chimaev is working to avoid the ground and pound but Monroe connects with a decent elbow.
Chimaev is rocked!
A big shot lands for Monroe! That's hurt Chimaev! Will he recover? Monroe fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Isiah Monroe!
