Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nedjeljko Krajisnik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 30 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kirov Sturmovik! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sturmovik rushes Krajisnik and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. A knee to the head by Sturmovik.
It looks like Nedjeljko Krajisnik has been cut. Sturmovik throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Our sources have told us that Krajisnik has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Krajisnik pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sturmovik falls off balance throwing a combination
and Krajisnik counters with a lovely straight right hand! Sturmovik is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Krajisnik is looking to counter punch. Sturmovik misses with a low kick. A lazy body kick from Sturmovik and Krajisnik counters with a right hand to the body. Krajisnik takes one on the button. Kirov Sturmovik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sturmovik throws a head kick but Krajisnik moves out of range.

and Krajisnik counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sturmovik misses with a right hand and Krajisnik makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sturmovik throws out a loose jab but Krajisnik uses good head movement to avoid it. Krajisnik cracks a nice hook into Sturmovik's ribs. Krajisnik displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sturmovik throws out the jab. Sturmovik misses with a body punch
and Krajisnik cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sturmovik attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sturmovik wants to clinch but Krajisnik slips to the side and Krajisnik counters with a right hand to the body. Sturmovik closes the distance looking to clinch enabling Krajisnik to counter with a crisp jab.
Sturmovik is rocked! Sturmovik looks winded! Krajisnik ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Sturmovik is still on wobbly legs! Can Krajisnik finish him? Sturmovik leaves his chin hanging out and Krajisnik seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Sturmovik crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nedjeljko Krajisnik! Nedjeljko Krajisnik was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
