Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justice Kingston (ranked 1543 p4p, 96 weight class) and Eric Frost (ranked 153 p4p, 13 weight class). Frost has chosen Procreation (of the Wicked) as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Justice Kingston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eric Frost! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kingston's jab looks to have found its range, popping Frost under the eye. Kingston will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kingston misses with an uppercut
and Frost counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Frost not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kingston keeping moving, preventing Frost from controlling successfully. Frost looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Frost looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Kingston working for a triangle but Frost defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kingston working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Frost doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Frost manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Frost trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kingston has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Frost can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kingston looking to hit a scissor sweep but Frost is one step ahead there. Frost controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Kingston is pulling down on Frost's head. It's preventing any offense from Frost, at least for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kingston is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Frost trying to control the position from guard on top but Kingston is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Sloppy strikes from Kingston. Those never looked like landing. Kingston throws a lazy right hand but Frost sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Kingston jabbing away but nothing is landing. Kingston swings widly with a right hand
and Frost counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Kingston! Frost is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kingston is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Frost has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Kingston! Kingston stops Frost from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better. Frost trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Kingston tries to reverse the position but Frost maintains control. Frost controlling from the full mount. Kingston gets back to half guard. Kingston is concentrating on defense, preventing Frost from advancing position. Frost takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Kingston definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kingston is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Frost perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kingston tries to roll over but Frost keeps him under control. Kingston looking for submissions off his back. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kingston actively working from the bottom here. Frost tries to pass to full mount but Kingston defends it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Eric Frost dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frost looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Eric Frost has got the better of the ground game so far. Kingston is looking to improve his position.
Frost takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Kingston is trying to get back to full guard. Frost keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kingston loads up on a big right hand but Frost slips the punch. Kingston misses with a right hand and Frost counters with a takedown into side control. Kingston sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Frost is trying to control. Kingston wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Frost prevents Kingston from improving his position. Frost is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kingston defends it well. Frost passes to full mount! Frost controlling from mount. Let's hope that Frost has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kingston just holding on. Frost takes Kingston's back. Kingston tries to roll but Frost sticks to his back.
Frost looking to break Kingston's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Kingston remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Frost will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! I really don't envy Kingston right now.
Kingston tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Kingston is wriggling around trying to escape.

Kingston is squirming around, avoiding Frost's attempts to control the action. Frost controlling from mount. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kingston tries to lock up and control but Frost gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Eric Frost showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kingston is bucking up trying to escape but Frost cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Frost can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kingston is looking to escape. Frost is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kingston can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Frost mounts Kingston! Really nice guard pass there! Kingston is in all sorts of trouble here.
