Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Phishiji Baba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jorge Rice!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rice has his takedown stuffed
and Baba counters by moving into the clinch.
Baba breaks from the clinch.
Rice shoots and misses
and Baba counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Rice walks into a jab.
Nice cross by Baba.
Baba throws a hook but Rice avoids it easily.
Rice tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Baba swivels and escapes.
Phishiji Baba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorge Rice.
Baba sends Rice crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Baba is motioning to the referee to let Rice up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Rice is rocked!

Rice throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Baba counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Rice out cold! What a finish! Baba is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Phishiji Baba was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
