Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gerry Watched (ranked 3166 p4p, 2404 weight class) and Jason Gates (ranked 368 p4p, 293 weight class). Watched comes to the cage accompanied by Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerry Watched!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jason Gates!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gates looking to score a takedown here. Watched is defending well but Gates drives through and ends up in Watched's guard.
Gates postures up and lands a big shot to Watched's brow.
Watched is trying to control the position but Gates postures up.
Gates drops back looking for a leg! Watched is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Watched manages to kick Gates off! Gates jumps back into Watched's guard.
Watched can't keep his opponent in guard - Gates advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Gates is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Watched wants to get back to full guard.
Watched knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gates on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gates moves nicely into side control.
Watched is trying to get back to half guard.
Gates tries for a kimura but Watched is defending well.
Gates works to advance to full mount. Watched defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Watched has left one of his arms exposed and Gates doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Watched screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
