Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Horton (ranked 25291 p4p, 5230 weight class) and Paxton Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paxton Becker is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arthur Horton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paxton Becker!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Becker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Horton as he jumps to the side.
Horton throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Becker was covering up waiting for the punch and Horton finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Horton throwing strikes from guard but Becker blocks nicely.
Becker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horton seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Becker escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Horton gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
