Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Good Morning (ranked 2547 p4p, 4057 weight class) and Kenji Yamazaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Good Morning could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kenji Yamazaki's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Good Morning! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kenji Yamazaki! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morning tries to work over Yamazaki's front leg with a kick but Yamazaki checks it. Yamazaki missing with a left hand there. Morning was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Morning tries a head kick but it misses.
Yamazaki misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Morning.
Yamazaki slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Yamazaki feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mornings jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
It looks like Good Morning has been cut. Yamazaki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Morning moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A combination from Yamazaki does no damage. Morning looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yamazaki throws a big shot that misses. Yamazaki throws a jab when Morning was well out of range. Yamazaki walks into a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morning takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kenji Yamazaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A nice leg kick lands there from Morning. A nice leg kick lands there from Morning. Yamazaki tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Morning was well out of range. Poor timing from Yamazaki. Morning lands a jab to Yamazaki's midsection. Yamazaki lands with a shot to the body. Morning cracks Yamazaki with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Yamazaki jabbing away but nothing is landing. Morning is looking to counter with head kicks. Yamazaki misses with an uppercut
and Morning counters with a flying knee that drops Yamazaki! Morning dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Good Morning!
