Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Omnipotent Que (ranked 1641 p4p, 1538 weight class) and Kryten Mechanoid (ranked 202 p4p, 194 weight class). Mechanoid is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: It's Cold Outside. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Omnipotent Que! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kryten Mechanoid! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mechanoid keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Que. Mechanoid is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Nice takedown defense from Que. No joy for Mechanoid on that attempt. Que was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Que falls off balance throwing a combination

Mechanoid working over Que with some ground and pound. Que looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Que is trying to stand up here but Mechanoid is controlling him well. Mechanoid trying to control the pace. Mechanoid looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mechanoid moves nicely into side control. Que is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Que managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Mechanoid.
Mechanoid controls the position. Que is trying to buck Mechanoid off. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mechanoid tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Mechanoid prevents Que from escaping the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kryten Mechanoid dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Que lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

We've been told by Que's head coaches at Wolfshark MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Que fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mechanoid manages to avoid it. Que looks to land a combination but Mechanoid avoids it well. Mechanoid changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Que fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mechanoid fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mechanoid looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mechanoid gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Mechanoid shoots and misses and Que counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Omnipotent Que has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kryten Mechanoid. Mechanoid dodges the punch combination from Que.
Que swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

A wild punch that just about connected. Que misses with an uppercut. Mechanoid saw that one coming. Que throws a hook but Mechanoid blocks it. Mechanoid shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Que as he avoids it easily. Omnipotent Que has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kryten Mechanoid.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Que rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mechanoid moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Mechanoid walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Que misses with a wild combination.
Que cracks Mechanoid with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Horrible takedown attempt by Mechanoid or perhaps it was just good defense by Que, which made it look bad. Mechanoid takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Omnipotent Que is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. This has been an exciting period of action! A big left from Que misses.

Mechanoid sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Que is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Que pushes Mechanoid away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Mechanoid gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Mechanoid wants to lay and pray for a moment but Que keeps working. Mechanoid landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Que is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Mechanoid asserts his dominance and retains side control. Que taking a bit of punishment here - Mechanoid scoring with strikes. Que is trying to buck Mechanoid off. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mechanoid in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
And that's the end of the fight! Omnipotent Que showed his dominance in that final round. I think Que has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
