Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Mikes (ranked 4725 p4p, 4478 weight class) and Joe Missel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jerry Mikes has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jerry Mikes seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Missel changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mikes tries to avoid it but Missel manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mikes to the ground. Mikes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jerry Mikes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Missel shoots in and drives through. Mikes sprawls well.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Missel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mikes has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mikes and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Well Missel has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
