The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. The fight moves into the clinch position. We've been informed that Gascoigne has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Kim lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Gascoigne tries to lock up and control but Kim gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Gascoigne might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kim haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Gascoigne is looking to get to half guard.
