Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Finley McPherson (ranked 567 p4p, 1229 weight class) and Yoni Megaladon (ranked 76 p4p, 166 weight class). Megaladon has chosen Break On Throoooyeah as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yoni Megaladon!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Chris Dean and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Megaladon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McPherson went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
A clash of legs there as McPherson blocks the low kick.
McPherson throwing a counter right hand but Megaladon manages to avoid it.
Megaladon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McPherson is looking to counter with a body kick.
Megaladon throws the kick towards the body but McPherson avoids it.
An attempted straight right counter from McPherson misses the target.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Megaladon connects with a single shot there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Megaladon looks to land a left hand but McPherson moved out of range nicely.

McPherson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Yoni Megaladon has been cut.
McPherson on the wrong end of a nice jab.

McPherson clobbers Megaladon with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Megaladon takes a swing at McPherson's ribcage but misses.
McPherson slips a straight right by Megaladon.
Megaladon lands a right hook to the body.
A jab from Megaladon does it's job there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Megaladon throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Megaladon lands a left and a right that send McPherson crashing to the mat, dazed. Megaladon thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Finley McPherson has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
McPherson swings for the body but Megaladon moves out of range.
Megaladon darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Megaladon turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Yoni Megaladon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Megaladon misses with a body kick.
McPherson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
McPherson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Megaladon finds it's way round the side to connect with McPherson's head.
McPherson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Megaladon misses with a left hand
letting McPherson counter with a right hand.
McPherson on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
McPherson is breathing heavily.
Nice body kick from Megaladon.
Megaladon drops McPherson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but McPherson looks back up at him and smiles so Megaladon waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Megaladon jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McPherson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Yoni Megaladon dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Megaladon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends McPherson sprawling to the canvas! McPherson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Megaladon finish him?!
Megaladon connects with an inside leg kick.
Megaladon throws a hook but McPherson blocks it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Megaladon cracks McPherson with a hook to the temple - McPherson is on wobbly legs here! Megaladon swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! McPherson falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Megaladon wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Yoni Megaladon!

Yoni Megaladon decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
