Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Scaredy McScared (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Munoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scaredy McScared! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Carlos Munoz! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McScared decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Munoz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McScared. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. McScared seems to be looking for submissions.
McScared content to control rather than advance. McScared is looking to take a break and control but Munoz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. McScared throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. McScared sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Munoz defending well though. McScared is pressing down on Munoz's thigh, looking to free his foot. Munoz is holding on for now. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. McScared prevents Munoz from standing back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. McScared thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. McScared wants to take a breather but Munoz is having none of it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Munoz gets a clinch. McScared keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Munoz's efforts to push away. Munoz lands a damaging elbow. McScared breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. McScared keeps the fight on the outside. McScared shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Munoz as he avoids it easily. Munoz moves into the clinch. McScared managing to block the knees to the body from Munoz.
McScared has Munoz pressed up against the ropes. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. McScared pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Munoz tumbling to the mat - McScared dives into Munoz's guard. Munoz keeping full guard, as McScared tries to pass. McScared wants to stand and escape but instead Munoz has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McScared had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Munoz is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. McScared Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Munoz's back instead. McScared somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. McScared looking for the choke from the back. McScared is breathing heavily. McScared is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Munoz has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. McScared working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McScared thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - McScared's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
McScared is really struggling to control Munoz but he's trying to hold on to the position. Munoz controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. McScared has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Munoz covering up well and avoiding damage. McScared has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Munoz! Can he survive? No! He's out! McScared gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Scaredy McScared!
