Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alejandro Ortega!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fu Li!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Li throwing shots but Ortega is blocking nicely.
Li is nestled in close to Ortega, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Li looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ortega with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Li is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Ortega is hurt! He's hurt bad - Li fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Ortega from any more punishment! Congratulations to Li! Great finish!

After winning the bout, Fu Li thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
