And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 2 losses; Biggie Smoke! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Leandro Rodrigues.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Drelas swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Smoke is now in Drelas's guard. A big mistake from Drelas there, giving up the dominant position! Smoke stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Drelas swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Drelas had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Smoke defends it easily. Smoke wants to control from the top but Drelas keeps moving.
Drelas has his foot on Smoke's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Smoke works his way back into a safe position though.

Smoke slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Smoke tries to free his leg and advance position but Drelas is retaining full guard. Drelas has Smoke pulled in close to control his posture.
Drelas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Smoke gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
 That's twelve minutes gone in the round. Smoke wants to pass the guard but Drelas is keeping the position. Drelas manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Smoke manages to get himself to full guard.
