The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piedbatulo gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Panda has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Panda tries to pull guard but Piedbatulo forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Piedbatulo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Panda fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Piedbatulo is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real.

That was a close round but I would say that Grappling Panda will probably get the nod.

Azeno Piedbatulo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Azeno Piedbatulo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Piedbatulo might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Panda haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
